ARVITRAGE PRIVACY POLICY

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through our authentication provider, Clerk (clerk.com). Clerk processes your login credentials and manages your session. Their privacy policy is available at clerk.com/legal/privacy.

Payment Information:When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment details (credit card number, billing address) are processed directly by Stripe (stripe.com). We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Property and Deal Data: You may input property addresses, financial figures, rehab estimates, lead information, and other real estate data into the platform. This data is stored in our database and used to provide our analysis services.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, analyses run, and leads imported. We use Plausible Analytics for website analytics.

AI Processing Data:When you use AI-powered features (deal summaries, lead enrichment, deal-finding pipeline), your property and deal data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic's data usage policy is available at anthropic.com/policies/privacy. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• Provide, maintain, and improve the ARVitrage platform
• Process your subscription and payments
• Generate AI-powered analyses and summaries of your deals
• Send you service-related communications
• Respond to your support requests
• Analyze platform usage to improve our product

3. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Clerk (authentication)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Anthropic (AI processing via API)
• Vercel (hosting infrastructure)
• Neon (database hosting)

4. DATA RETENTION

Your account data and property analyses are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@arvitrage.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

5. COOKIES

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management (via Clerk). We use analytics cookies to understand platform usage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. DATA SECURITY

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), encrypted database connections, and secure authentication through Clerk. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at support@arvitrage.com. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

ARVitrage is a business tool for real estate investors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
